Knee Clinic

Most of our patients suffer from knee osteoarthritis, patellofemoral syndrome (Runner's knee), or knee osteonecrosis, which can arise from various underlying causes.

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy is a treatment that involves taking a sample of the patient’s own blood and processing it in a special centrifuge. This machine separates the plasma, which is rich in platelets and growth factors, from the red blood cells.

The concentrated plasma is then injected directly into the injured joint (such as the knee, shoulder, or hip) under local anesthetic. This plasma acts as a natural lubricant for the joint and provides long-term benefits, including anti-inflammatory and rejuvenation effects.

Since PRP uses the patient’s own blood, there is no risk of an allergic reaction or adverse response.
